Don’t waste your money in...

Liked: The only two thing my family and I enjoyed was how near the beach was, and also how quick the valet parking work, while the installations in the building were disappointing.
Disliked: The staff didn’t help with the request we asked for (like repairing a constant sound in the room and bringing as a toaster), the beds and cushions on the room were horrible, to take an elevator you had to wait like 15 minutes as one of the three didn’t work, the staff would also bang the elevator door for it to close as it was broken. The amenities on the building like the pool, the gym, the elevator were in nasty conditions. I wouldn’t recommend this situation anyone.

Liked: The room was great. Fully satisfied with the room. Spacious, comfortable and exactly as described in booking.com.The view was very nice.
Disliked: The elevators (2 working, 1 broken) was not enough for the building's capacity. Long waiting times. The pool and beach services are not as expected. That the pool bar closes at 16:30 and sun beds and umbrellas are removed at 17:00 are not what I expected. Last time I stayed in the double tree next door and I was never removed from my sunbed. When asked why, the answer was that the hotel would not pay extra hours and personnel had to leave. Completely unacceptable from my point of view. This is why my scoring is not higher. I strongly recommend a change in these policies to avoid losing future customers.
