Great for a quick vacation...

Liked: Good spot for a quick stay with family. Small pool, well maintained. Right on the beach, great staff to help set up and service for food and drink on beach. Ray is great.
Disliked: Alot larger than it seemed on booking. Very big hotel and alot of people staying. Not luxury by any means but fine. A bit more dated than photos.

Liked: location. that's about it. The beach is very nice.
Disliked: - Elevators take AGES. There are not enough for the amount of guests.- Airconditioning made a rattling noise.- Our toilet actually spouted water all over the floor from the block behind it after flushing!! - Staff is uncaring.- Staff does NOT open front doors for DISABLED guests. What is this even!?!? Literally every day there were 3 hotel guys outside doing nothing except watching guests enter and exit WITHOUT HELPING THEM. We came in with 5 huge suitcases and the men outside did nothing to help us, didn't even offer to take it inside or upstairs or whatnot. No trolley service. - Food at restaurant takes ages to arrive.- And on top of it all, the hotel broke our key and we couldn't enter or exit our own room the last day! They were unable to fix it and tried to move us, but I am autistic, this is a no no. We were forced to order room service because we couldn't leave our room because then we'd be locked out of our stuff. The hotel initially refused to budge and offer any sort of compensation, but we demanded restitution, and they finally took off 3 days of the resort fee because we kept complaining.This hotel simply does not care about any of its faults.

I could not fully recommend...

Liked: The beach was clean. The beach staff was helpful and friendly. I liked having the chairs and umbrella readily available. The baleen kitchen food was delicious.
Disliked: The driveway was scary. The room was tiny. No water bottles available in the room. Light switch by the desk was only reachable by climbing under the desk. Either the phone didn’t work or the front desk just never answered.i had to go down in person for my concern. The wine fridge was turned off and warm when we arrived and I thought it was broken. Very expensive for everything extra . $18. For a pina colada.the stairway is bare concrete.Tiny balcony, with no chair.
