For over $700 per night...
Liked: Location was great and the size of the suite was really good.
Disliked: Couldn’t get wifi to work for first 24 hours and staff was not helpful. Left the room and couldn’t get back in. Staff came to try and ended up having to reprogram access code. Showers had to run a long time before we got warm water. Check out time was 10:00 am.

Would have stayed elsewhere if...
Liked: Size of rooms, bed linens, clawfoot tubs, and views from the balcony.
Disliked: Elevator was still not repaired so having to walk up and down six flights of stairs every time we wanted to go somewhere was very difficult. We also found the beds too soft and the pillows strangely very little like child size.

Lovely room with a view
Liked: Beautiful location and the room was great
Disliked: Conflicting messaging prior to check-in. Beeping in the room throughout the day, didn’t know where it came from.

Disappointing.
Liked: Rooms were spacious, parking was convenient, walking distance to plenty of restaurants.
Disliked: I engaged with 4 different people in the front desk, all were not accommodating and unhelpful. The day before check in I received a txt that the room will be ready at 2pm, so we made plans accordingly and arrived to the hotel, with 3 kids, after a very long journey. When finally one of the desk people agreed to help me (initially they claimed my unit was managed by an external company?!?!), they said it is a mistake and the room will be ready at 4. They also educated me that every hotel in the world (apparently) has check in at 4. Many people and businesses make mistakes, but here they did not even try to fix it, just told me to go take a walk (?!?) until 4.Other than that, it should be mentioned that the blinds fell apart with every use and the washing machine was moldy so couldn't be used.

It was a good hotel...
Liked: The guest suite was lovely, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room that offered a mountain view, which was a wonderful bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Disliked: The hallway carpets looked outdated, and the couch in our suite was very worn, with faded fabric. Parking is limited to one spot per suite, so if you have two vehicles, you’ll need to find street parking. For the nightly rate, it was also disappointing that no complimentary water bottles were provided.
