Disliked: RoomVery small had to pay $30 per night extra for “room upgrade” which was actually 2 single beds instead of double squashed together in very small room

Liked: Excellent hotel, great rooms and the perfect location for what we wanted to do. Having private parking available was a bonus. Free WiFi and additional one.
Disliked: Lack of restaurant/breakfast room although an in-room continental breakfast was on offer.

Liked: Location, friendliness and service of reception staff. Good communication experience during booking
Disliked: I slept in two different rooms over the course of my stay. The mattress in the second room was uncomfortable and felt worn, especially in the middle. Also would be nice to have the option of a blanket in the room in winter, as the bedding was a bit cold.

Liked: Easy to get to from the Airport. Opposite Wellington Hospital. There is a lift should you require that.
Disliked: Rooms were on the smaller side, but comfortable.
