Good

Liked: Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Overall, clean and tidy. Staff was accommodating when requested for a late check-out.
Disliked: Hotel is located directly opposite to the hospital, so ambulance sirens kept us up all night. Also, we waited about 15 mins to get a hotel park (only 6 spots) upon arrival even though we had prebooked. They allowed someone to park in our spot who had not paid for the park themselves. For the money paid, some water bottles and some small stock foods and drinks could have been given especially for long distance travellers.

Liked: We loved our stay. Pity it was only for one night. The place is ginormous with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. Great kitchen facilities. Very clean. On site car park. Staff were lovely. Wifi worked well.

Liked: close to the hospital and Newtown. I was in a quite large room at the back of the building it was Sunny and lovely
Disliked: it was perfect although being on the mezzanine floor I could not get the wifi to work
