Nice new clean and great...

Liked: Awesome location and very close to all the restaurants
Disliked: Steps up to the main door were a bit of a pain with bags

Great location - COLD room

Liked: The location was superb. Very close to Cuba street so you would not get hungry.
Disliked: The real problem was the AC/heater inside the room. It keeps on switching back to COOL no matter how much we request for it to be on HEAT mode. We had to request for an oil heater to make may kids sleep comfortable at night. Also the washing machine on our floor was broken during that time -so we have to go down to 6th floor to do our laundry.

Perfect location

Liked: Size of the room.Location - so many places to eat.King size bed.Staff were very helpful.Close to the Opera House, we were there to visit our son who is performing there.
Disliked: Not a dislike but the bathroom / shower were a little tight, a shelf in the bathroom would be great as there isn't any space on the bathroom sink to put your toiletries.

Liked: Central location with everything close at hand. The hotel also had free laundry facilities which was most needed!
