Nice stay near little Italy...

Liked: The hotel is well situated near Soho and you can easily walk to little Italy/China Town to eat and Soho to shop. People were very friendly and the beds were very comfortable
Disliked: The hotel has no lift but you get help to carry the suitcases upstairs

Disliked: The bathroom door didn’t lock, and lighting in rooms could be a bit brighter.

Liked: Sohotel is beautiful. Our room was comfortable, with a fair amount of space. The air conditioning was strong, the sound from outside not too loud and the hotel easy to navigate. The staff couldn't do enough for us, even helping us break into a case that had a broken lock! They helped us with lots, and were polite and kind. The room itself had a great, big TV and the soaps in the shower were great. The towels were comfy and fairly big, and the hairdryer, though small, was powerful. The safe was appreciated. The location was brilliant, too.We will definitely be back!
Disliked: The room could have used one more mirror - there was only one!

Excellent hotel on a great...

Liked: The location was fantastic for exploring New York. Right on the corner of Soho, Little Italy and Chinatown. The hotel has a cool vibe and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. Also I felt the price was fair, good value.
Disliked: Our room was a little bit worn I felt. Also it was on the smaller size for a family room so we were a bit crowded in there. Im sure that couples will enjoy the hotel much more then families with babies.
