Disliked: No elevators. Please install an elevator - bringing luggages one flight up is ridiculous.

Great location and atmosphere

Liked: The style both interior and exterior as well as the location
Disliked: Per room a 250 deposit requires even though we paid the full room rate in advance. Walls are a bit thin, so expect some noise from other guests.

Liked: Located near Chinatown and Little Italy, fun walking neighborhood with plenty of local color and inexpensive great places to eat
Disliked: Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. No frills but you’re in NYC!!

Liked: We had a lovely time at Sohotel. It is very well located, clean and easy to access. It's quite simple and has everything one may need for a stay as long as one week. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area to explore.
Disliked: Being picky I'd say the rooms are a little small and don't really have space to unpack (no wardrobe, drawers, etc). However, it was okay for one week of tourism.Rooms are only cleaned by request - I would like the hotel to be more proactive about this.
