Liked: It was lovely & comfortable, daily room service was great. Food was yum.
Disliked: There was an empty packet left under one of the beds from a previous guest but otherwise the rooms seemed clean.The wifi kept dropping out so casting to the in-room tv kept stopping, requiring re-pairing and re-casting which was annoying when trying to watch a movie.

Lovely staff, great view and...

Liked: Loved the view from the 4th floor. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful.
Disliked: The underground car park situation.
