Brand new sophisticated room with...

Liked: Its interior designing is beautiful and sophisticated love the dark luminous colours.
Disliked: Sound proofing in rooms is not good can hear children running above you. Need to have padding under door to stop lights from the hallway coming under the door and the blinds did not black out the room.

Disliked: We got a room with the outdoor hot tub, the dividers between the rooms on the balcony do not provide a lot of privacy as they have holes throughout. I personally found it a little uncomfortable as my neighbours could see me in my bathing suit

Disliked: No guest key access to basement carpark must ask reception. Room only had roller blinds very exposed during the day to next door buildings & roads kept shut entire day and had to use room lights - for a luxury hotel sheer curtains is to be expected.

Liked: There were things I enjoyed about my stay at Soho. The entrance was very pretty and gave a great first impression—it felt new, modern, and well-maintained. The bathroom was also a standout; it was sleek, stylish, and had a very "flash" feel to it, which I appreciated. On top of that, the room service was delicious—every meal we ordered was fresh and well-prepared.
Disliked: . Overall, I appreciated some aspects of the room, particularly the automatic curtains, which were a nice touch. However, there were several issues that impacted the comfort of my stay.Firstly, the curtains had three noticeable gaps where they didn’t meet properly, allowing strong lights from the road to glare into the room throughout the night. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably.Secondly, the door made a loud, fire-alarm-like sound if it wasn’t fully closed. This was quite startling and unpleasant.Another concern was the bed arrangement. Instead of a proper king bed, it was actually a king and a single pushed together, which was uncomfortable and not what I expected. I’d really recommend not doing this setup—it detracts from the overall experience.Lastly, from our window, we had a direct view of rooms below that had decks and spas. Unfortunately, before I managed to close the curtains, I accidentally saw a naked man on one of those decks. It was quite awkward and made us keep the curtains closed for the rest of the stay.I hope this feedback helps in improving the guest experience.

Liked: The staff here make you feel so welcome, we have stayed a few times now and they remember you. Always happy to help with any request and the restaurant is lovely.
Disliked: Our room was around and down a long corridor - seemed a long way from the lift - but it was in reality only a short walk.

great and comfortable

Liked: my very first stay here was not great so this made up for everything! the room selection was great the view was everything, overall the room was great. had no complaints my friend and i throughly enjoyed our stay! the girls at reception were great!
Disliked: only thing was parking, had paid for undercover parking and was told to wait for someone to open it up for us, we waited a while but ended up just parking our on the road. the girls refunded me tho!

Good for a break

Liked: Fantastic restaurant attached. Room was good size but a couple of flaws.
Disliked: Room needed a good clean. Stains on the carpet. Very noisy from other guests in the hallway.
