Superb

Liked: Very clean and awesome customer service. Definitely go back again. Very accommodating with everything and on our last day there i rang reception for a late checkout and said yes and no extra charge. Also loved the shower and deep bathtub in deluxe suite
Disliked: Would be nice if there was not a service charge when ringing up for an order or we would of always ring for an order. The hotel would probably benefit more if no service charge. We were disappointed with no buffet which was included in the price as there was not enough people to put buffet on but the manager let us order how many breakfast dishes we wanted which we were happy with but hopefully the next time we go back there is more people to have the breakfast buffet. We unfortunately picked the wrong days to stay there

Liked: Spacious and well designed rooms for two people. Ambiance is a plus. Beds are really comfy. Our bridal party had good night sleep before the wedding.
Disliked: Bathroom ceilings are warped, leaving big gaps could cause unexpected accidental drops from above the ceiling void spaces.We had no access to the basement parking with our keycards. Additional access could be implemented in the future? Avoid the hassle for your check-in staff to hand out separate keycard to guests each time.
