Superb

Liked: Manager was attentive and friendly. Couldn't fault his customer service. Excellent location, walking distance to everything.
Disliked: Dated facilities, peeling paintwork in the bathroom, bathroom sliding door did not fully shut. Nothing egregious enough to contact reception, just a bit rough around the edges.

Great location but would not...

Liked: Location was great, we could walk into town each day. After hours check in was easy, and glad we did it as we watched people that were stranded for hours in the cold while they waited for reception.
Disliked: The photographer deserves a pay rise. The images make the rooms look much bigger than what they are. We were climbing over our suitcases that weren’t even big just to get around the room. The place needs a bit of work as the paint was peeling off the walls, doors creaked, and the ranch slider lock stuck. Restaurant was closed unlike advertised on Booking.com - remove the photos if it’s closed down. Well and truly over priced and very disappointed.

Liked: We were delighted with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly nature of all the staff. We arrived after hours and the key pickup organised by the hotel was seamless. The location is fabulous, only a short stroll to town.
