Overpriced. No value.

Liked: Pool was adequate.
Disliked: Staff directed to parking which we had to pay more than $100 for two nights. Basically unprepared for the power outage that occurred. No support offered. No food on hand. No corkscrew on the premises.

Liked: Location good for walking but unaware of Holy week celebrations and limited access.
Disliked: Hotel should have advised ahead of arrival of holy week. Caused unexpected and great inconvenience. Putrid odour from bathroom that was constant. Possible health hazard. Aware hotel was full or no move option considered.

Disliked: Didnt like that no one informed me that hotel location was in an area that would b locked down twice a day for 4 days of my stay due to easter parades

Liked: Staff is so friendly and I love that they allow dogs.
Disliked: The cost for an dog is expensive

Liked: The location is excellent, very central to all historic sites and shopping areas, etc. Very good overall.

Amazing location

Liked: The location is perfect to explore the city. Very central for bars, restaurants and the shops. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always there to offer advice. There is a small rooftop sitting area with a small pool to cool off in. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative is because the hotel is so central and on a narrow street, none of the rooms have and city views or balconies. However, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.
