Disliked: The room was in poor condition , the bathroom a mess no toilet paper on arrival had to ask housekeeping Reasonably clean but looking very tired

Disliked: The room is too old. There were a lot of ants. Breakfast at the 4* hotel was very poor

Amazing location!

Liked: The location was EXCELLENT. We were in a walking distance to the main attractions we wanted to see. And we could walk back to the hotel whenever we wanted. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was very nice and welcoming
Disliked: Breakfast was ok, though it lacked variety. The main drawback was the room: it felt quite small and had a window facing the interior of the building, which made the view feel enclosed and limited the amount of natural daylight. Unlike many other hotels, the water in the minibar wasn't complimentary, so we were surprised to be charged for it at the checkout.
