The modern hotel is conveniently...

Liked: The hotel was in a convenient location. The cathedral was right across the street, and lots of restaurants in the surrounding area. Pretty much walkable to Plaza de España and other historical sites.

A beautiful stay with beautiful...

Liked: The location was absolutely perfect for our requirements. We did not make use of the breakfast facilities but we did use the roof-top bar facilities every day. The bar staff were very attentive, polite and very friendly. The cleaning staff did a great job too! The reception staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a great time, thank you!
Disliked: When we arrived, there was only one Ferrero Roche but there were two of us! This was a difficult time for us... who would get the 'treat'? In ther end we had half each. If there are two guests then please provide two treats or none!

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Friendly, helpful and responsive staff, especially Salut, Fidel and Dima. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable and safe. Very strategically located and easy access. Also nearby to public transportation too. Highly recommended.
Disliked: None
