Liked: Very welcoming staff at the entrance, a cozy room that is very clean and has all the essential things in it perfect resting place for a couple days in Florence. We stayed with 2 kids in a split room and we were very comfortable. Walking distance to supermarket, pizza place and cafe. We also walked to the Duomo about 30min. checking and check out was very easy even as tourists they were friendly and very responsive.

Liked: The staff is very good. It was a good and friendly welcome. The room and especially the bathroom is very clean. Spacious room with high ceilings. The location is very close to the train station and the center. There is even an iron for everyone to use.
