Maybe the best hotel in...

Liked: One of the top hotels in Warsaw, if not the best one.Excellent rooms, divine breakfast, nice spa & gym, placed between the old and the new city. Pro & kind staff Excellent mattresses & pillowsEverything detail is addressed, like high quality amenities, super fast elevators, superb room service. Congratulations!
Disliked: Before some years, there was a small steam room in the spa but they exchanged it for adding a sauna. If they had also kept the steam room and forbid children in the spa it would have been perfect.We also missed the forest fruit tarts, cheesecakes etc that the hotel used to offer in its excellent breakfasts in the past at least during the summer!

Very disappointing

Liked: Location was close, breakfast a lots to choose from but cold.
Disliked: The hotel was dirty and aged, you could see lack of investments in maintenance and hotel looks. Staff answered your questions but very slow and far from nice. The breakfast staff were nice, they should work in the restaurant and bar. Terrace was closed as it was cloudy… there was no rain and half of terrace is under the roof anyway! This was just short staff or laziness affected decision. Staff bar advised if I want to smoke I can go on the street up front the hotel.. in 5 star hotel. Maximum 3 stars hotel for Europe standards. Very disappointing
