Disliked: There is a club at base of Hotel. Ongoing noise from Music up to 3am in the morning. The sound was thumping through our room on the 7th floor and felt like we were violated by this never ending deep bass sound. We rang Reception who said it was external to the hotel and they couldn’t do anything.

Disliked: 1. In arrival, going to 3 receptionists, each taking information and typing it in their computer, and then passing you on to the 3rd one for payment.2. The room has place for only 1 suitcase; we had 2 suitcases (1 suitcase for each of the 2 of us). So, I had to take everything out of 1 suitcase. But, there are no shelves or drawers to store clothes; so, they end up on the floor in the wardrobe on top of the shoes. Neither the beside tables nor the wardrobe has any drawers or shelves.3. The room has a small balcony facing the courtyard. The courtyard is U-shaped and acts as an echo chamber; it is like a loud diesel engine noise outside the window. So basically you can't open the window to have fresh air.4. No sunlight can enter the room due to the architecture of the building.... and we had a luxury room! Not worth the money.
