Disliked: Long delays in speaking with reception either in person or by phone - and on multiple occasionsDealy in bags delivered to room

Very good

Pricey stay but great location

Liked: Large room with great bathroom. Location was fantastic. The breakfast was good for a buffet.
Disliked: The shower water pressure was terrible. We had several little cockroaches which we mentioned to staff. The parking fee is huge considering you can’t access your car as they store it off site.

Disliked: The body wash container was so difficult to dispense. It needs to be replaced.

Liked: Great location and very friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing not to like. We understood there were renovations going on before booking. . For a short stay this was fine.
