Liked: Staff were efficient and polite.
Disliked: The design of the bathroom and shower is terrible. Water leaks around the shower screen so that the floor gets wet and slippery every time. They came to fix this but nothing changed. The bar fridge stopped working during my last 2 days there. The furnishings are old and worn and need rejuvenating.

Great location and fab stay.

Liked: Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely bathroom supplies and really comfortable bed. We ate in the bistro which was good and the bar was open until 1am-great for a nightcap.

Liked: Nice stay, room was comfortable and calm, staff very friendly, breakfast was great.
Disliked: The room became small when the sofa bed was open, it was then difficult to walk around the room and there was no place to accomodate our 23kg suitcase. There was no playground for children.

Disliked: Parking was a problem, not free. I was informed that there would be a discount, there wasn’t a discount. Shower becomes extreme hot for 2 seconds every 10 seconds. Rooms were small.
