Gorgeous hotel..great location..bed needed replacing...

Liked: Beautifully presented hotel.lovely reception staff.great location
Disliked: The bed was terrible needs to be replaced as has been worn either side with a hump in the middle. Room was serviced the same night we arrived and nothing the next day?.despite us leaving the please service light on all day..so no clean cups or toilet paper topped up

Over rated. Wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: The location
Disliked: English was no-one’s first language. They pounce on you as soon as you walk through the door. They ungraded our room which we didn’t ask for and made us pay $400 extra when we checked out.They also need to write on their website that the only parking is valet which is $50 extra a night.
