Disliked: The beds were very soft and gave little support.

Disliked: Very loud room, could hear the neighbors doors . View out of the window was legs of pedestrians walking past.

Location is the best, walk...

Liked: The location is everything. The hotel staff are lovely, found the decor in the check in area seriously dated for a 5 star hotel. They need a serious uplift. The rooms themselves though are very tasteful, our room was a superior room at the front of the hotel looking at Queenstown. We found it excellent. Staff for breakie were nice but coffees took forever to come out.
Disliked: No parking is a pain and added extra cost to our stay.

Liked: Outstanding service from all staff we interacted with, very friendly and helpful (I cant say enough good things about them all). excellent food and loved the decor and spaces
Disliked: Only thing I can fault is the bed was a little uncomfortable

Disliked: Couldn’t get the tv to work and bathroom sink taps were not intuitive to use!
