Liked: The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to everything.They also provide the popular and hard to find Windy Ridge Farm milk.
Disliked: I requested a higher level, quiet and two beds room( I got the confirmation of two twin beds can be made in the room before I made the booking). But when I arrived, my level was low and the balcony was just face the bars. And the bed just split the mattress but not for the base. I contacted the receptionist and was informed they cannot do anything since what I booked is a king size bed room and there’s no other room available for swap. If I want to have two beds, they can place a roller bed for me with charges. I was so upset and told her I asked before booking and the hotel confirmed with me again before arrival regards of two beds. At last, the staff member asked her colleague for help and split the base of the bed. To be honest, I was so upsetting because of the start part in the hotel especially in the situation of lack of sleep, exhaustion and anxiety for the following days with my little in a foreign country where we first met.

Luxury in the heart of...

Liked: Service was exceptional. Location was great. Breakfast was beautiful. Heated floors in bathroom and the robes made it feel even more luxurious.
Disliked: Our room opened out onto a walkway so you couldn’t have curtains open if you were in the room. Meant to check if it was visible inside from the walkway but forgot. With curtains closed the room was always dark.

Perfect location

Liked: Large bedroom & bathroom, bath was fabulous. Breakfast was great. Location perfect.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t ready at 2pm so we were offered same room on different floor. Not a huge issue. Asked for our car on departure & waited over 30 mins. Seemed to be a communication problem between staff.

Liked: Its was very clean and the breakfast was outstanding not charging extra for real coffees was a nice change. Definitely recommend the club rooms as making the most of the extras is worth it. The gym had enough to burn off the night before’s drinks. The biggest thing for me was every staff member was so polite and welcoming and the rooms were cleaned in a timely fashion. We didn’t drive or ride a motorcycle down so I can’t speak about the parking but next time we will probably find out as we will most definitely stay there again. The location just makes everything so easy and having stayed at many of the other hotels in Queenstown over the years this has become our favourite.

Liked: All the staffs are very nice and friendly, they go above and beyond to make our trip easier!The bar is pretty good too.
