Liked: location, dyson in the room, balmain products, room design, bedding was good.
Disliked: breakfast could be better. It's not a buffet when you charge extra even for a porridge. I asked a waiter at a breakfast to please bring me a glass of juice, he showed me with his hand where I can go and pour myself a juice. Really, 5-star Sofitel?

I will not repeat this...

Liked: Only comfortable beds
Disliked: Location very hard to enter and small rooms which you can’t move easily and no place for luggage to put on and some bad smells and it’s too much expensive Doesn’t worth

A great experience overall!

Liked: Great location. Helpful and friendly staff across the property, from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant.
Disliked: Shower in the bathtub is a safety hazard, and the glass covers only part of the bathtub.
