No Flexibility with Booking Dates

Disliked: This hotel is now very inflexible if you want to change your booking or select other dates. We had a sick family member and couldn't use the hotel on the dates.

Liked: The staff were pleasant, the hotel felt light and airy. The food was also nice!
Disliked: I was disappointed that the booking dot com website states it has a sauna. Sauna is an important part of my routine, so when I book accommodation, I always check to make sure there is a sauna. Unfortunately the only sauna on site was in the day spa and involved an extra charge to use it. This is not usually the case at hotels. Often the sauna is in the pool area and part of the hotel facilities to be used. Apparently there is a hot room near the pool, but this is also not a sauna. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness in my bathroom. The grout was black and off putting. It needs a good bleach or fresh grout. I expected more from Sofitel.
