Liked: What I liked about the hotel is that it was in the center of it All, with easy access to everything from to metro,, stores and the plaza.. Everything is walking distance.
Disliked: It was raining a lot while we were there. And there were tons of buckets throughout the lobbies, because there were leaks in the ceiling. My biggest problem was there was no air conditioner in the room. Although if they advertise air conditioner, there's no way to control it. We arrive. It was really late and I couldn't get to bed until one in the morning and at that time My room was so hot, it was unbearable.I had to call someone from the front desk to come and look at it and eventually it cooled off a little bit but it was very uncomfortable. The from desk offered to move me but it was about one thirty.I wasn't about to start packing all my stuff to move again. They should really upkeep their rooms with the air conditioner and allow the clients to control the thermostat.

Cold clean rooms

Liked: Conveniently close to the trains and airport shuttle. Clean rooms. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Its location is convenient for the main train station but the neighborhood is depressing and devoid of German character. The room was nice but too cold and without heating. The hotel accommodated us with a small fan heater because it had no other way to raise the room temperature. Inconsistency at the spa: great one day, but poorly kept the next.

Liked: Location is amazing and the breakfast is great. Staff members are very polite and helpful. The swimming pool is very nice and the room is very clean and comfortable. I def will be back!

Amaizing

Liked: Wow this is my second stay at hotel Sofitel Munich and i felt amaizing the rooms were amaizing the location and the employees were so nice I feel very welcoming and thanks to Ryan the guy at the reception desk

Best hotel to stay in...

Liked: I like how the duty manager Mr. Mahmoud supports during my stay where he facilitated everything for me and my family.Very much appreciated Mr. Mahmoud and certainly will come back.Car parking team were excellent
