Simply amazing!!!

Liked: We recently stayed at the Sofitel for a long weekend in Mexico City. The was our first time at the Sofitel and it did not disappoint. The customer service and amenities were top tier. Every single employee we encountered was extremely pleasant, helpful and really made the experience amazing. We had a few special requests and the staff/concierge was very accommodating in making all our requests happen and go smoothly for us. The room itself was immaculate, comfortable and our view from our room of the Angel of Independencia was incredible. Even the bath/shower had a beautiful view. We also had a chance to use the indoor pool and we loved it. We didn't have a chance to use the gym but we did look around and it looked great. Don't forget to try the croi-jolota (tamal croissant) from the cafe downstairs, it was fantastic! We had one every morning! The Sofitel's location was perfect for us and very centrally located. We would stay here again in a heart-beat and can't wait to go back.
