Disliked: There was a loud music going on till late night , was difficult to sleep

Liked: The location was in the heart of the city but a high price to pay for location only. There are many other options available.
Disliked: Even though we paid, breakfast was not provided because we arrived with only 15 minutes remaining. The room felt aged and old fashioned.

Disliked: When entering the room the welcome card was with the wrong name asked staff to change it but didn’t follow through. Bathroom accessories were not topped up prior to our stay.

Disliked: I paid additional for a city/river view, unfortunately the room was next to the service lift. The lift was constantly going, it was loud and vibrated. We had to move rooms and the only available was smaller and without the views!

Liked: The views are great. Location excellent and the room was pleasant. I feel safe in the hotel.
Disliked: I was a little disappointed that I specifically asked for a quiet room as I am a light sleeper. I was put next to the gym so from 6am there was a lot of thumping and banging.
