For the price of $1,000...

Liked: The front desk staff, room service staff and concierge staff were all very good. Could not fault them.
Disliked: The breakfast which was included was a massive disappointment. We arrived around 10am and it was very busy, but I would expect a facility like this to cope with busy times. We were seated and asked for coffee. Coffee never arrived. Asked again. Coffee never arrived but an incorrect order was brought to us which we declined. As we were getting food another group sat at our table, so I had to ask the staff to ask them to move. Still no coffee. The egg station was overwhelmed, and the omelet was undercooked, returned to be cooked some more and was still not as requested. Egg Benedict was only 1 egg so a small serving. A staff member came around telling us that if we wanted coffee we needed to order in the next 10 minutes. When I told her that we didn't receive the ones we ordered 40 minutes ago, she looked blankly and just repeated the same request to order coffee before the kitchen closed.
