good and the bar was...

Liked: upgrade to superior room and the bed was great
Disliked: very tired sofas in the bar. they were really worn and leather was splitting.

Perfect for night before a...

Liked: Very efficient check in and check out. Room was comfortable and quiet so we got a good night’s sleep ahead of our flight. Nice meal and our waitress (Nafisa) was exceptional
Disliked: All good. No issues.

The location is so amazing...

Liked: My car hire company dropped me at terminal 5 where I checked in my bags and then had an easy walk to the hotel. You just can't beat the location even though it's a bit pricey at times. The check in lady could not have been nicer and I would never have thought she must have said the same thing 100 times that day as she was so nice.
Disliked: Oh my goodness the carpet
