Liked: Location and helpful staff
Disliked: There was an issue with breakfast and our reservation for breakfast was not registered. So as we were managing time we were delayed as to sitting down to enjoy a good breakfast.The room was well made up and comfortable. The light switches to the bathroom were loose and worn The sink tap hot water side was stiff and just about operational The overflow and waist combination in the bath is broken and just about functional.

Comfortable stay for an overnight...

Liked: The location cant be beaten for arrivals into T5. The suite was extremely spacious for our family of 4. The staff couldn't have done more for us and were amazingly friendly.
Disliked: No usb plugs or sockets of any sort by the bed, tvs not smart tvs... generally rooms aren't fully up to date with modern technology as they should be for a hotel of this caliber. Drinks and snacks in the club (our room gave us access) finished at 8pm - we didn't arrive until 7pm so we didn't have time to make use of it which was a real shame. It should run later.

More coeliac food please apart...
