Not as it was. I...

Liked: The club room was fantastic
Disliked: Paid for breakfast left very early and was given a carrier bag for breakfast, one for each. An apple a carton of Apple Juice and a yogurt bar. Seriously? At £25/head. First room was dirty.

Liked: Convenient location to airport terminal
Disliked: Was given wrong information regarding restaurant opening time.My accommodation was pre paid.Was not asked to leave a card and therefore after having evening meal, was asked to go down to reception, rather than paying when departing. A staff member came to room, I felt this was an error

very good staff at check-in...

Liked: Excellent location for an overnight layover. Very Convenient for late night arrivals and early departures. I would recommend.
Disliked: I did not see signage directing me to the hotel once I exited the arrival section or even in the elevator. Adding such would be beneficial
