Convenient and comfortable

Liked: Nice hotel, convenient for catching an early flight. Nice clean room, with all the basics

It was a lovely stay...

Liked: The rooms were nice staff were great, hotel was clean.
Disliked: We paid £77 for upgrade to lounge, when we got there kids running about, was really noisy, snacks weren’t great, compared to other hotel lounges I have been in.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: We stayed second time between flights. Lication is percect, takes 2 minutes to reach your terminal. It is very nice, clean, check in and out is always smooth and you don't waste any time with formalities.

Pleasant

Liked: Great location. Elegant hotel. They were very accommodating and stored our luggage.
Disliked: We had no electricity in our room as the key pad didn't work, but as we didn't get to the room until 1am, we just went to bed. When we informed the staff upon checkout, no compensation was offered.
