Good location, but not value...

Liked: Location is good.The hotel gave us an early check in as we arrived just after noon.Also, Thank you to the concierge (Mafalda Santos) who wrote us a note to inform the dinner reservation made as per our request.
Disliked: Checking out staffs at reception desk were not friendly.During our two night stays, we had dinner at Matiz restaurant on the first night, both food and services failed to impressed us.The twin beds were not comfortable, one of the beds like not levelled. When we complained to concierge (no one at reception area) that we felt too hot for the bedding, they removed the quilt and we slept with the thin sheets which was not comfortable.
