Good but restaurant dangerous for...

Liked: Great location, beautiful rooms, everything very clean
Disliked: We had dinner at the restaurant and had an absolute nightmare with allergies - I was clear I had a severe nut allergy (and an allergy to a few other things, which I made clear) at the beginning of the meal. I was bought something with nuts on as a starter (which I found before I ate anything). I was then bought out another starter dish - which had something I was allergic to and had asked for it to be removed so they replaced that. I then ordered ravioli, the waitress even joked that there “definitely wasn’t nuts in this one” - before eating it, I cut into the ravioli to check and there were pieces of almonds inside. At this point we told them that I wouldn’t be eating anything. They originally tried to charge for my husband’s meal but we got this taken off as well. Such a shame because the hotel was generally otherwise great, but this was so dangerous - I repeated so many times that I could have died if I eat nuts…Additionally, fire alarm went off at 7am on one of the mornings - had no explanation or information, and then had to get hundreds of people back upstairs in the lifts because they couldn’t unlock the doors in the stairwells…

Liked: The rest of the staff. The space of the suite and service was excellent overall
Disliked: The house keeping . Being passive aggressive with an attitude. I put on don’t disturb sign so we have our day comfort free , yet received an annoying call asking when I need to room to be cleaned regardless or the sign . And keep saying we will be done at 9:30 pm and when I gave them a time I know I am out . They didn’t clean the room saying there was a sign earlier!!!??
