Liked: Staff were great and super close the function we attended, restaurants, bars and shops
Disliked: The wait period to check in at the front desk

Disappointing

Liked: Greeting was warm and professional, staff were very pleasant. Great location.
Disliked: Room was dirty. Chips under beds etc. beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. Only 1 bathrobe for a booking of 4 people. Outdated and bland for a brand that promotes itself and charges as opulent. Overall very disappointing.

Liked: Comfortable bedConcierge staff
Disliked: Check in staff No body lotion in room. The dispenser was empty and despite leaving a note for housekeeping, it was not refilled. Housekeeping in room poor. Bathroom bins not emptied.
