Liked: Beautiful location great view, was offered champagne upon entry and great friendly staff to deal with not a single staff member was rude or unhelpful all of them had big smiles when you walked past and said hello wait staff in the restaurant seemed genuinely concerned if you were enjoying your meal and Luis at the front counter was an absolute legend

Liked: Location is perfect in the middle of everything. The bed was warm and comfortable
Disliked: The pillows were really uncomfortable and big but once all air come out from resting on they were horrible and couldn’t sleep.

Not worth the money spent

Liked: The best part is location and outdoor pool deck and swimming. Service of food at pool and drinks was exceptional the food was fantastic.The service was one waiters kindness and personality.The beds are the worst I've ever stayed in a hotel.We waited 45mins past check in for our room still unavailable.The restaurant chairs look like that in a bowls club falling apart.For the price go somewhere else.If you want luxury this place needs a makeover.

Disliked: Staff’s attitude very rude at the room service telephone, the cleaner did not arrange the laundry pick up, staff’s attitude at breakfast poor communication and the waiting time for food order at the restaurant over 25 minutes, rooms very dated and old fashion, room cleaning schedule irregular sometimes early morning and sometimes late afternoon, no amenities at the bathroom such as tooth brush, soap, sometimes no drinking water refill, etc etc
