Liked: Everyone was so friendly and helpful, everything was so clean, and the food and drinks were absolutely out of this world. I willl definitely be back.
Disliked: There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Great location and very comfortable.

Liked: The location is great. We got a nice John Hancock Center view. The black out curtains are great, also the roll up shade was very nice. Room service can bring many water bottles if you need or you can ask at the front desk. A big supermarket was on the other side of the block.
Disliked: The ice machine was not working. Looked like never used. Shower was only with a big rainfall head, no hand shower head. We alternated the expensive valley parking with nearby public parking. The bed or mattress cover was strangely lumpy.
