A traditional & spacious room...
Liked: The location of this hotel is the main reason we choose to stay at the Sofitel. Car parking is also stress free & we were able to enter & exit the car park readily. It was an easy walk to all city venues during our stay.

Liked: Check in was easy with friendly customer service. The room was cozy, older style and the views were amazing. Easy access to the city hubs from the hotel made the stay even more enjoyable. Quick room service and the meals were A++I will definitely be coming back.
Disliked: I couldn't chrome cast but I wasn't really there to watch TV so no big drama.

Would stay here again
Liked: Nice central location & friendly staff.
Disliked: The only fault would be that in most hotels we are provided complimentary bottled water & blankets.

Liked: Excellent location , access from central train station. Close to shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The safe was broken and couldn’t be mended till the following day.The shower was very slippery.Thought it was somewhat overpriced.

Would definitely stay again
Liked: Breakfast amazing, beds a bit hard but we got bed toppers which fixed the beds. Pillows so soft. Very clean. Staff were so very helpful and friendly. We also had the most amazing 1 hour massage at Stephanie’s and we got $20 off each massage as we were Sofitel guests
Disliked: Our room was not ready at 12.45pm. We were given a voucher to have a drink each as we waited for our room. I went to reception after 2 hours and they asked if we received a call or text to let us know our room was ready which we didn’t. I said their system was broken and we received free buffet breakfast each morning of our stay
