Liked: Staff (i.e., ALEC) was beyond amazing. He could NOT have been better in any way.Bathroom was really disappointing; paid for a room largely due to bigger bathroom which looked to have a really accommodating bath but it was tiny. In fact I would guess smaller (or certainly no bigger) than normal room baths.Facilities at Sofitel are amazing i.e., lounge area, which anyone can use. Though I don't take this into account in my rating, it's pretty dismal that hotels like these still assume I am "Mr" even though I have a very female name, just because my title is Dr. Annoying to have to get new invoice etc.

Liked: Great location central Brisbane above train station amazing links, plenty of variety for breakfast, Very helpful staff.
Disliked: The room was freezing cold so our first night was very cold and it's winter here. Be wary of water in hot water dispenser for tea or hot drinks it may not be fresh water so could stand for some time may be dodgy.

Lovely location - buffet breakfast...

Disliked: Buffet breakfast queue was too long. Buffet food was sub optimal. We weren’t even offered a coffee and couldn’t find staff to arrange.

Liked: Amazing location on top of central train station in the middle of Brisbane. The staff were amazing as were the facilities.Couldn’t fault the rooms with good value for money.recommend this place to anyone.

Disliked: Hope there is more lighting and softer pillows.
