The worst hotel experience of...

Liked: LOCATION
Disliked: Complete breakdown at the front desk. Continually saying "third party" Bookings took direct communications from hotel canceling a reservation that wasn't canceled. Hotel charged wife $18,000 NZ via Amex. Trash.

Liked: Very comfy, nice location.
Disliked: TV problems. Not happy that I paid $200 refundable fee, but one month on it has not been returned. My bank has asked for information from the motel, but they have not yet responded. I probably won't stay at Sofitel again.

Wonderful Stay at the Sofitel...

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbor. The location right on the water in Viaduct Harbor was perfect. The hotel facilities are excellent, including the room and spa. The breakfast buffet food selection was extensive and everything was wonderful. Finally, all staff were very helpful and friendly.
