Clean with comfy bed

Liked: The historic stone building was beautiful. The staff when we registered was great. The room was clean.
Disliked: My shower didn’t work. The blinds wouldn’t come down, so I got the streetlights shining into the room all night. No cups for the room coffee maker and the machine in the lobby was out of order. The packaged food in the lobby wore price tags. The morning staff suggested a local cafe, but seemed unconcerned about the other issues.

Comfy in Soap Lake

Liked: The room was clean and the staff quickly responded to concerns.
Disliked: We requested cleaning the second day we were there and our room was not touched to make beds, empty trash, ext for the three days that we were there.

1st Visit - Love it

Liked: The grounds were lovely, parking was easy and roomy, and the air conditioner worked awesome!Beds comfortable, ample towels were available. Love the option of mineral water or regular for bath/shower. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Signage was a bit confusing on locating office. We went past it and came back around the neighborhood.
