SO Sofitel Auckland

This is the best placed we have stayed. We have stayed all over the world and this is the best hotel. Very clean, tidy and super amazing bed to sleep on.

Liked: Room was amazing, along with the tub and shower. It was quiet as well and we found it very easy to rest and relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was absolutely divine! We would come back again just for that buffet breakfast!
Disliked: At least for our room, the toilet did not have a whole lot of privacy with the sliding door not fully closing, but it really wasn't that much of an issue.

Overpriced for what it is.

Liked: Location, friendly staff, decent breakfast, very warm to my family
Disliked: Pool area was dirty and in basement. Speakers are covered in a thick brown muck you can see from in the pool. Pool / pool area itself was also quite cold for indoor heated pool.
