SO Sofitel Auckland

This is the best placed we have stayed. We have stayed all over the world and this is the best hotel. Very clean, tidy and super amazing bed to sleep on.

Comfortable, Relaxing and luxurious

Liked: Had the absolute best time, staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure me and my friend had everything we needed. The bed was so comfy, the bath was beautiful. Sauna, pool and spa were excellent as was the rooftop bar. The ground floor is stunning and luxurious. Carolina from the front desk organised a welcome card and treats for our arrival and was wonderful to work with. We will be back!
Disliked: Found the lifts to be a bit confusing and one wasn’t working as one point in the evening but that’s really the only thing to comment on.

Liked: It was amazing very nice and clean and also the lobby smells amazing . Such a great location, very close to a lot of food places, great if you’re a foodie. Room was great, and I loved how big the bathtub is and shower was very spacious too. The workers were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay there. Will definitely be booking again :)
