Liked: The restaurant is iconic.
Disliked: I feel very misled by the room description. I booked a room with the following description: “Iconic Paris Skyline room - River Seine and Eiffel Tower view” and got a room overlooking the roof of the opposite building and a little above it. From the Seine, a small section between the two buildings in front could be seen. The Eiffel Tower could be seen if you stood sideways to the window and looked at one end of it. I went to complain at the reception and they explained to me that this was the category I had booked. I asked to change it to another category, for example Rooftop view, and it turned out that the category in question was on an even lower floor. Its name meant that we would literally be looking at the roof of the opposite building, which is located in close proximity. This is some kind of joke. If you want to have a really nice view, I recommend getting the corner suite on the 13th floor…

Liked: The hotel is lovely and modern with incredible views of Paris. The technology in the hotel was great with excellent TV options and apps. The room was very spacious with a lovely bathroom which had a separate bath. The roof top is brilliant. Its located very close to the heart of Le Marais. If you are wanting to stay in this area - this is an excellent option
Disliked: There was nothing about the hotel that we did not like. We had a noisy neighbour playing loud music which could have been a negative but we called reception to inform them of the noise and the noise promptly ended. Well done to the staff for handling which must have been a bit of a difficult situation.

Liked: The rooms were well appointed, clean, great beds. The shower was really good.The lifts were first class and really quick. All staff members were super friendly and accommodating.
