Exceptional

Disliked: I can’t think of anything.

Liked: The stylish room decor felt luxurious and the bathroom and space was excellent. Th shower, fittings and entire space was beautifully done with high end fittings and a pleasure to see.
Disliked: Unfortunately our tv and phone didn’t work. We understand these things happen. But despite contacting reception and IT services numerous times, this still wasn’t resolved 2 days later. But most inconvenient was that we made contact (by going down to reception without a phone) at least 5 times. Each time someone was due to sort but didn’t. The staff kept saying they would come up but didn’t.We weren’t able to switch rooms?! In the end we decided to check out and the hotel wanted to charge us to do so, despite still not having a TV that worked?! We went to another 5 star hotel and it was outstanding! Although I would say that the luxury and space in SoHotel was unrivalled- but without a tv and phone?! And poor service .

Liked: The rooms were nice. The restaurant was good - both in terms of food and service.
Disliked: It was extremely weird finding our keys stopped working because our lunch/ room service went beyond the incidentals charge. So, unless you like doing mental accounting while ordering food here, it's not a great experience.
