Superb

Liked: Great location in the middle of town. Bus stop is right across the street. The room was clean and quiet (it was July 4th but we could barely hear a peep from the street!) and the beds were comfortable. The staff person at the desk was friendly and efficient. And the price was amazing for Summit County on a holiday weekend.
Disliked: There's no AC, which is generally fine in the mountains, but it still gets pretty warm in the summer. The window fan was bolted into place in the center of the window, behind the heavy curtains, but I just tucked the curtains up around the fan and the room cooled down pretty well.

Probably would not stay there...

Liked: It was a great location right in town near shops and restaurants.Staff was very nice and helpful.

It is a good value...

Liked: With the location right in the Frisco business center, the private parking was a big plus. We left our car parked and walked and biked. The modest breakfast was nicely presented.
Disliked: Quite a bit of sound through the walls and ceiling. No one was being rude. It was normal people noise moving in late at night. That made sleeping a challenge. The room temperature was difficult to manage.
