Snow King Resort Hotel

It was a nice trip...

Liked: Breakfast and location were very good. Used to stay at the Snow King 40 years ago when we lived in the area. We were anxious to see how in compared to our memories. We were pleased.
Disliked: The evening front desk clerk was a little grumpy.

Liked: Fine room, fine view and location. Pool and spa, well equipped gym, bath robes, pretty much what amounts to luxury. As it was summer, the access to hiking trails to Snow King Mountain was welcome and very close. The gondola can be used both up and down for those wanting to walk one way or not at all.
Disliked: The cost is really quite high. It is to be expected in this area, though. I did also think that breakfast could have been included in the price, but this kicks in only for more than three nights' stay. That's not quite our league.

Liked: This was our last stop of our trip and for the price my worst of the stays. The location is it's #1 asset.Staff did not seem upbeat or even happy to be there. The room was submarginal and not a clean as one would expect. I spotted stains on our pillow cases. The shower head and flow had issues and the door to the bathroom itself would get stuck half way and had to be opened with force.The pool was having some kind of issues keeping clean and had a lot of dead flies around it. Hot tub jets were not working. UGH! I mean we paid a lot for this location, which also included "Resort Fees" which I have issues with. Just doesn't seem right when they can't even maintain a clean and functioning pool.
