Liked: Ideal location, for beach and tram, very nice and clean. All staff were pleasant and cheerful. Food in restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.
Disliked: Having to pre order breakfast

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with few complaints. the Staff were all very friendly, the Breakfast was first class, served on time with a smile. brilliant.
Disliked: 2 months before our stay, When I booked the hotel, I particularly asked for a room with minimum number of steps because of the wife mobility problems. I even rang and spoke with Brian (Manager) to clarify this. we were told there was no lifts but he would do the best he could. Unfortunately, we were put on the 3rd floor. meaning the wife had to climb 23 steps each time we went to or from the room. It was such a shame our visit was tarnished by this decision.

Liked: Very spacious rooms in a great location. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast all of which is locally sourced. More establishment’s should learn from this one.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was comfortable too. The breakfast was great! The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: There was very little parking and no available spaces but we did find a free parking space in the road behind the hotel.
