A stroll through Kemptown takes you straight to the city center with Brighton Pier The Lanes and entertainment venues including Komedia and the Brighton Dome all within 20 minutes' walk.

Comfortable and very friendly owners...

Liked: The rooms had their own personality. Loved the decor, shower lovely and beds very comfortable

We will be back!

Liked: The decor was fabulous, so cool and the theme was really well done! Easy access to the property and good communication from the hosts. A perfect base in a quieter part of Brighton but still super close to the beach and town.
Disliked: Oddly the ceiling of the room was covered in greasy handprints which was a bit strange but didn’t affect the stay of course!

Liked: Great location, lovely and helpful staff/owners. Room decoration was incredible. Really comfortable bed too! Also, great use of lamp lighting in the room, it felt very cosy ☺️
