TERRIBLE!!! Do not stay here.

Disliked: The whole experience was terrible. The room was dirty, the cleaning staff did not come in every day. I had to go to the office to request clean towels. There for 5 nights and they never changed the sheets and never emptied the trash cans. I would never recommend this place for anyone to stay I also was told when booking the room that when we got there they would honor AARP discount they did NOT. I was told that to get the discount would have to make the reservation directly with them.

Liked: The bed was comfortable; the room was in a quiet location and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: There's no light switch in the toilet/shower room. Wished there was a way to turn on the light in the toilet/shower room without turning on the lights near the sink area (which is outside the toilet room).

Liked: The staff were great. They made us feel very welcome, and I love the 24-hour coffee.
Disliked: There was quite a bit of pet hair on the floor, and some of the counters could have been cleaner. It just seemed like the room hadn't been used in a while. One bed was soft and comfortable, and the other was rock hard.
