Hotel stay was wonderful -...

Liked: Room design & size were wonderful. Hotel staff were exceptional!
Disliked: Breakfast is the only thing that could have been better. Although the food was good it was extremely over priced and service was extremely slow.

Tribeca?s ?it? hotel.

Liked: The Smyth is trendy yet very homey. It is stylish and super clean and beautiful. The staff were amazing, the tribeca vibe was there and it?s so close to everything from soho to cool restaurants in tribeca. it has the most gorgeous bar and I will be back again soon!
Disliked: 10/10

Nice property and would stay...

Liked: The location was great. The staff was wonderful and was the restaurant.
Disliked: The room was a little beat up. The lamps were broken, all the drawers were open when I arrived and the mirrors were a bit dirty.
