Liked: The receptionist was fantastic - very polite, friendly and lovely. Makes such a difference after a long journey!

Liked: The room was well insulated from the sounds and lights outside, and was very clean with a fresh smell. The shower was very powerful and the body wash, etc. was great.

Liked: Good place to stay. Facilities are good, staff is nice, it was clean, not much to say. Near the station and 7 minute walk to coty center.
Disliked: To improve: place where guests leave luggage must be better cared for as it seems anyone can go there and grab bags. The hotel was very very hot for some reason. You can hear tv from other rooms.

Disliked: Our room was hot & we couldn’t work the air con. Window opened on to main road so too noisy to keep open.
