I love the area, the...
Liked: The location is beautiful. The free breakfast was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly and we were able to get an early check in.
Disliked: The room was small and a better barrier on the decks would be a good idea.

Liked: Room was beautiful, setting very scenic, quiet, peaceful.
Disliked: Dinner menu had limited choices but food was good and convenient to have adjacent restaurant.

Liked: The view from the balcony was exceptional
Disliked: The outside of the buildings needed repair, which they're working on. Our bathroom needed a lot of work, and I felt that the floors needed better cleaning. A big fly problem when we were there. A big breakfast was offered, but food was marginal. It was a 15 minute drive to Boothbay Harbor.

Overall, a great stay.
Liked: We stayed at the place a few years back and liked it more. This time it was more crowded, and a few changes were due to a recent management change. The staff was accommodating. The breakfast was very good. Beautiful location and the bay is serene. Kayaking was a plus, though limited kayaks and waiting.
Disliked: When we arrived at the Inn, we were told that our room was double booked. Luckily, they were able to shuffle some reservations around to accommodate us. The staff was so helpful and very nice.

Liked: Great location, wonderful views. Close to town but far away enough to not be in town.
Disliked: Property has a lot of updates and fixes that 6 to be done. They are working on replacing rotten wood and painting and fixing. All driveway areas need to be evened out and repaved. Room was nice, beds comfortable. Breakfast was OK, food cold, didn't even go on the 2nd day. Maybe figure out how to bring a warm breakfast to the guest. Liked the property, just needs some work.
