We really enjoyed our stay...
Liked: The property is right on the water at Linekin Bay with good access for kayaking and excellent views. The rooms vary significantly in size. We upgraded to a larger room with two queen beds and a kitchenette which was very comfortable. The outdoor, heated pool is very nice. The on-site restaurant is an asset plus the complementary breakfast is substantial. Enjoyed the flower gardens that enhance the landscape. The owners and staff are very friendly and interested in ensuring you have a good stay.

Good
Liked: Location great. Rooms need dehumidifiers. Everything felt damp including our clothes and shoes.
Disliked: Not enough parking for all guests. Need outdoor carpeting on deck to room as rooms are all carpeted and you bring in all dirt and wet from deck. Or switch carpet to vinyl flooring. Booked for three people only had towels for two. Base of toilet not cleaned. Had pee all down side and base.

Relaxing weekend getaway. Boothbay is...
Liked: We loved the location of the property, on the water, easy to find, close to town. Ocean view on all rooms. Staff was very pleasant and knew about the history. Rooms are newly renovated and clean.
Disliked: It was opening weekend and we were not able to take part in the onsite restaurant which we would have enjoyed. The family/owners were still getting set up and we were “off season”. We can’t wait to come back in the summer or fall.

Liked: Place is newly remodeled, clean, and very nice ocean themed room. The owners were very nice. Highly recommended!
Disliked: I wish they have child proof door locks.
