Liked: The greating was excellent the service was even better room was excellent.But when we went for breakfast in the morning absolutely shocking service the lady was more concerned about her phone the chief told her the food was ready by the time we got it it was warm and barley

Disliked: Nothing everything was good, room , food and the staff was friendly and helpful

Matched expectations

Liked: The location was superb for my needs. The acessible room was very roomy and the wet room was superb. When the soap ran out in the bathroom it was replaced instantly. It was very quiet and comfortable staying there.
Disliked: The tea sugar and milk wasn't replenished in the room everyday. There was replacements in the foyer but there was not many and they went quick. Being away from the main reception made it difficult to get replacements.
