Stained towels, horrible smell, cold...

Liked: The bed was really comfortable. The price per night was reasonable vs other places available in the area. One of the staff members who greeted us was really friendly and consistently helpful throughout our stay.
Disliked: Smell:The room smelled so strongly of bleach when we arrived it was hard to breathe. After leaving the bathroom fan on for 10 hours it was better but could still smell it. 3 days later it was almost gone.Stained towels + beddingAll but one of the towels had stains on them - looked like either blood spots or rust, and some had light yellow/brown splotches. One of the pillows was stained with black smears. There was a long hair on one pillow. Bedspread stained on the underside. We asked for replacements and those were stained too. Had to ask a third time specifically for non-stained towels and pillows, and most of what they brought us (not all) was finally without stains.More bad smellThe heater/ac/fan unit emitted a horrible smell even when blowing plain air into the room so we couldn't use it. Did not smell healthy at all.Dirty fridgeNot fully cleaned - brown flakes and black dots of something inside.Dirty microwave Inside top and sides had food splatters caked on them.Shower suddenly cold - every timeWhen taking a shower it started out hot but after about 3 mins it got cold for a few minutes before going hot again. It did this every time.Wifi spottyEvery time I used the Wi-Fi for more than 10 minutes it would lag for 2+minutes before working again. Glad I didn't have any work to do - would have been nearly impossible to get any sort of project done, and certainly couldn't do a Zoom meeting *I'm giving this a rating of 2 and not 1, only because the bed itself was really comfortable.
