Disliked: The rooms that had a patio .the view was amazing but the outdoor sponge tiles need attention big gaps between tiles and uneven shame as this hotel is lovely

Liked: The staff were incredible friendly & helpful, atmosphere was good & location was great.
Disliked: The hotel rooms are too close together & not soundproofed. I could hear every footstep, cupboard bang, extracter fan & hairdryer from the adjacent rooms. Our neighbouring guests seemed to have no concept of being considerate & were banging around until 3am. I did not sleep that night. Thankfully my 9 year old was asleep before they started making noise so she slept through. Not an issue with the staff, just seriously lacking soundproofing which is fine unless your neighbours decide to have a shower & dry their hair at 2am!

Liked: The hotel itself was spacious and clean. The storage in the room was good. The welcome pack was nice.
Disliked: The room was rather small. We stayed during a heat wave and the lack of air conditioning made the room very uncomfortable to stay in, although we appreciatethay it is an old building. We didn't have any towels in our room to take a shower and ended up buying our own as we felt uncomfortable asking the staff as one member was quite sharp and sarcastic.
