wonderful

Liked: we went for my husbands birthday, the location was fabulous, the staff were lovely and very jolly.we ate in the restaurant underneath the hotel i think it was called the waterfront, what can i say ..... absolutely delicious!on this basis we were really looking forward t the breakfast that we had booked unfortunately, we were called away at 7.45am to an emergency at home so didn't get to have breakfast. they had catered for us to have brekkie so you can imagine how delighted I was to get a refund for it (didn't even ask for a refund) all in all our stay was wonderful .... except for the early morning dilemma!! 10 star rating and we will go back :-)

Liked: Good except.my yabkennotnready on the next day as staff had lost our menu
Disliked: Disappointed with attitude of receptionist at checking. Criticised me for telling her my.name (Macdonald) was spelt Mac not Mc, purely to assist her in finding me..

Liked: Breakfast was fine full English cereal etc reasonably priced .Room was comfortable
Disliked: Short on staff the one day had to wait a while for breakfast to be served but other than that everything was fine
