Liked: Nothing what a joke
Disliked: Was not at this property 5 minutes left due to room looking like a service station hotel, grim and not worth money. The staff was bullying and rude. Even commenting on my partners weight. Disappointed fully in the place and the staff plus didn't not get a refund as refused this even though didn't spend more then 5 minutes in the room. I suggest other places in plymouth much cheaper better and bigger on here which I booked after

A joke of a place!

Liked: No confirmation and instructions sent until after stay. Arrived and only a note with key in door. Rooms around me had no doors on. Would not recommend.

Disliked: Really poor Wi-Fi which was frustrating Very thin walls, could hear everything both next door and above us

Liked: Functional apartment & clean furniture in loung a little tired & only 3 chairs at table so good job not a family of 4 staying
Disliked: Chose this property as bringing my dog along & photos showed apartment to have a little enclosed courtyard which would have been ideal for pet, didn't get that . Also no grass for walking pet on as shown in Photos had to walk on main road

its wasnt what i expected...

Disliked: no shower products, the room smelt very musty, and the bin in the bathroom had the previous occupants' contents.
