Disliked: Pool area was gross! Would have to fin cleaning staff to get fresh towels and toiletries.

Disliked: Burn holes in sheets, asked for non-smoking and the entire room/facility smelt like marijauna and cigarette smoke. Our bags smelt horrible when we left.

They should get rid of...

Liked: Staff was exceptional. Very nice gentleman that tied to accommodate us. I asked to cancel reservation when i saw the brown pool and stained sheets and he would have but couldn’t because i made the reservation through booking.com
Disliked: I paid almost 80 dollars to look over into a brown pool. Comforter was stained with lipstick and the sheets he brought to replace were also stained. Holes in blanket. The most annoying thing was probably the overly thick smell of fabulouso cleaner. I mopped the floor to try to rid the room of the smell. I guess cleaner is better than a lot of smells. Very very nice staff though. And i do think they try. So it wasn’t the worst but i just mostly thought we paid too much for the room especially considering that not only was there no pool that we could swim in ( i don’t need a pool) but it was filled with green and brown muck!! And closed obviously.

Liked: The outside was clean and maintained very well. The wall decor in the room was nice.
Disliked: The room didn’t have a fire alarm! The floors sweat the entire time. The bedding was thin and had cigarette holes in the blankets. The tub filled with water while taking a shower so the drainage system isn’t great. We booked a two bed room and only one of the beds sheets were clean. The bath towels weren’t clean, thank God I had my own!
