Good for a night

Liked: Nice spacious room. Well kitted out fridge and microwave and coffee. Comfy beds. Good shower. Lovely breakfast, plenty of choice. Close to downtown St Augustine. Friendly staff and simple check in.
Disliked: Room felt slightly damp

Liked: Great stay! I'm a Florida local and stopped over here on the way back home from visiting family. Traveling as a single woman, I felt safe and secure. Front desk was kind. I was traveling with two pets and they deposit was very cheap. Thank you!

This might be our last...

Liked: Confort of the room was good as always. We have stayed at this hotel several times on our way down to South Florida. It's a good stop to cut in half travel time and rest for the night. Clean rooms.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk spoke to my father in a bothered and rushed tone of voice. Commentiong several times: "do you speak English?" in a rude tone of voice. I heard this over the phone as I speaking to my father. He does speaks English but has a hearing aid so needs extra time to respond after listeining to people talking. There was a confusion with our reservation, which i helped my father over the phone, but she did not take the time or patience to understand what was happening. He felt rushed and not listened to. The next day, the breakfast area was close at 8AM, no breakfast was served.

Liked: Great breakfast, and laundry room. Dog friendly. Hot tub.
Disliked: Pool water too hot. Not very good cable channels. No soda in vending machines. No phone in room.
